Overall Responsibilities

Extensive Photoshop Skills:

Graphics - My Photoshop skills run back ten years and most recently involved CS2. I consider Photoshop my base program and I use it, literally, every day. At WABG, I was responsible for the creation of innovative graphic titling and special effects needed for each spot. Almost always this required the the use of Photoshop for the creation, color correction or manipulation of still graphics and photographs. PS is often used for creating image layers that will later be imported into a compositing program such as After Effects where it is converted into a motion graphic. The WABG news intros and bumpers are all layered graphic elements created in Photoshop and Illustrator, then animated with a compositing program. In addition, I use Apple Motion titling and effects, Final Cut Pro, Autodesk Combustion and numerous other programs.

In addition, I am a big user of Photoshop plug-ins that can create unique effects in fonts and graphic or photographic images. From layout to image correction or enhancement, if you need something done in Photoshop, I can do it.

NIKE PLANE NEAR DISASTER PHOTO

The pilot made this landing look simple, but it was only his excellent skill that kept the weight off the gear. It nearly folded on them! Take a very close look at the landing strut - the problem is obvious.
